I initially came to know about the Pearson Professional Center and their amazing team in the pursuit of my Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification through the Pharmacy Technician Board of Certification. My first exam I did during the COVID-19 pandemic period where I was very grateful that I was able to take the PTCB exam virtually through Pearson Vue. At this time the Pearson Professional Center and all testing sites were closed. Thanks to the ability to take my test virtually I was able to better support Walmart Pharmacy Buena Park as a Certified Pharmacy Technician where I made a transition from pharmacy sales associate to Certified Pharmacy Technician in 6 months thanks to the support of Pearson Testing, pharmacy team, and my education at North Orange Continuing Education. After my initial virtual test, I chose the option to take my Adv-CPhT certification exams in person at this amazing Pearson Professional Center. I want to show much appreciation and acknowledgement to the wonderful team at this center. Over my multiple visits, as I needed to complete 4 different PTCB certifications, the whole team was very supportive and welcoming. Initially I was greeted by Sean my first visit and left a great first impression. Sean was there when I completed my last certification for the Adv-CPhT. Sean is very kind, knowledgeable, and professional, as is the rest of the great team: Emma, Dylan, Keisha, and their amazing manager Zydre. Thank you so much!Through my work at North Orange Continuing Education, there were talks about possibly establishing a Pearson Testing center at NOCE to administer PTCB exams. NOCE offers a Pharmacy Technician Certificate Program, tuition free. For this reason, I visited the center to ask questions regarding this process. Zydre and her team were very busy at the time of this visit, and she took the time to talk to me and my team lead regarding our questions.Thank you, Pearson Professional Center, for the amazing work you do for the community through your facilitation of critical exams for the benefit and wellness of our communities!

I had to take an exam recently, signup for the location. My appointment was at 8 am. I got there early to find parking in the front of the building. The center opens at 7:30 am. There are bathrooms on the same floor and locker to store your small personal items. Overall I had a good experience.

I had a bad experience today 4/10/2023.. i took wife for PTE english test to Anaheim center at 2125 katela..at front office to register , a lady receptionist ( her name Zided ) asked for my wife's Passport, she refused receiving Original Driver License. I explained that we have been living in the USA for 15 years. We are resident of the USA. why needing Passport. i little argued,,till the lady printed a rule. its stated that candidate has to provide AT LEAST ONE..original government ID or document of citizenship from original country ( passport ). At least ONE..so its ID or Passport. we have showed ID..but refused. Fortunately, my wife can enter the test after Zided called the Pearson office incharge to clarify. this is wife 2nd time taking the test, on 1st test 3 month ago was never been asked for a passport. i believe Zided is a new employee who hasnot known much. We can imagine how many local test taker Candidates have been refused by this lady because not bringing passport. Passport only needed if you are international test takers. to Main Pearson incharge big Boss wherever you are,,please explain to your employee about the rules. thanks

They're accommodating and there is no long wait when you have your appointment set up. It is a really nice Testing Center across the Anaheim Grove and Angels Stadium and I highly recommend this place and it's free parking.

Impressive testing center. Clean, spacious facility and professional, friendly staff! Large lockers for storing personal items in a nice waiting room with plenty of seating. Large cubicles for computer-based tests without sacrificing comfort or privacy. Headphones or earbuds are also available to block out sound.Plenty of parking and easy to find. Located just outside the elevators on the second floor.Would definitely consider taking future tests here!
